Born from a simple idea that gently grew into something real, we are a small Montreal-based business. We create handcrafted pieces made with care and intention and we collaborate with local artisans who share our values.

We often give so much to others that we forget to pause for ourselves.

Through our creations, we hope to offer a gentle reminder to slow down, be present, and savor the small moments that make life meaningful.

The idea for Self Love Parcel came to me during a difficult time in my life. In the midst of sadness, isolation, and turbulence (not to mention crap-storm), I found light through the kindness of people, guidance in books, the comfort in yoga and other small, soulful things that reminded me I was not alone.

So an idea started forming -
I wanted to share that kind of light and love with others - to show one is never alone and someone out there cares for you.

This isn’t just a business for us but a love letter - a thank-you to all of those that have helped us. And a way to give back — by sending moments of joy, peace, and connection.

If even one parcel we make, brings a smile, we succeeded.
